This is how to begin the application process for our rentals:

We use Zillow.com as part of our application process.  Please click on this link to be directed to the on-line application.

Or, you may click on this link to apply using Apartments.com.

1. Each adult must complete both a paper application and an on-line application.  You can print them here (or click at bottom of this page).

2. Credit Requirements:

a. there must be a credit record

b. collections or charge-offs cannot exceed $500

c. credit utilization rate must not exceed 75% of available credit.

3. Proof of Income: We require gross monthly income to be at least 3X the monthly rental amount.  We require printed pay stubs and/or benefit statements showing 60 days of income/benefits.

4. ID: We require photocopies (front & back) of your government-issued IDs (ex. driver's license or CA ID card, passports).

5. Proof of Funds: You must show us that you have sufficient funds to move into the home.  "Sufficient funds" is equal to the first month's rent, plus security deposit (example: rent x 3).  Acceptable documentation to prove funds would be checking and/or savings account statements.  We do NOT accept third-party deposits.
